Job opportunities
The core of our mission is to provide meaningful job opportunities for adults with disabilities. We currently employ 23 adults, but our list of applications is long. Your support makes it possible for us to continue to grow, creating more jobs and welcoming more talented, hardworking people onto the Will’s Place team.

Community Nights
Every Friday night at Will’s Place we host a community night. Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming, fun environment for adults with disabilities and their friends and family to hang out and be in community with each other. Each week is a different theme: open mic night, improv, game night, painting pottery (to name a few). Your support makes it possible to continue to host these events.

Vocational Training
At Will’s Place, we proudly partner with local schools to offer vocational training opportunities for students with disabilities. Through this collaboration, students gain real-world, hands-on experience in a supportive environment—helping them build essential skills, grow their confidence, and prepare for future employment.

Outreach & Advocacy
At Will’s Place, we believe that seeing is believing. That’s why we welcome school field trips and community visits—so young people with disabilities can see individuals just like them working confidently and successfully. Witnessing these role models in action shows students that meaningful employment is not just a possibility—it’s a reality.
