Will's Place is a nonprofit cafe dedicated to creating meaningful employment opportunities for adults with disabilities. Since we opened our doors in July, we have been able to create 20 jobs for adults with disabilities in our community.

In addition to offering employment, we have been able to build in programming, such as our Friday night social nights for our team. We also are partnering with the District 219 Bridges Program as a vocational training site for current students. All of this has been made possible because of the kindness, generosity and support of our community!

In the last two months, we have watched our staff grow and thrive working at Will's Place. Our philosophy is to work with each staff member to find a place in our restaurant that interests and challenges them and then to stand back and watch them shine.
